On August 31, 2025, the world lost a man who could out-cook you, out-think you, and out-joke you—and who would make sure you knew it. Born October 23, 1971, Alex lived his 53 years with a sharp wit, a loud laugh, and a knack for making both friends and trouble everywhere he went.

He was the beloved son of Sophia and Alland Bieneman (both deceased), cherished nephew and cousin, (occasionally pesky) brother of Corinna , Christina (Danny), Nina, and Nick (Justine), the proud father of Tiffany (Stiv), and the loving uncle to Sarah (Matt), Jessi (Nick), Andrew (Ashley), Jordan, Katie (Dave), Chance, Riley, Charlie, Dominic, Mikey, Arrya, Aava, and Adamo —all of who adored him.

Alex was intelligent in every sense—book smart, street smart, and full of quick one-liners that could stop a room. He was an excellent chef who loved food as much as he loved feeding others, and he had a gift for writing and storytelling that made him the center of attention more often than not (exactly where he wanted to be).

His passing was sudden and heartbreaking, leaving a hole in the lives of everyone who knew him. But his humor, warmth, and countless stories will live on through his family and friends—who will forever remember him as both a friend and a menace, sometimes in the very same moment.

In honor of Alex, the family asks that you share a good story, a great meal, and maybe just a little mischief—because that’s exactly what he would have wanted. Friends received, 4:30p – 6:30p, Monday, September 8, 2025 at the ZABOR FUNERAL HOME, 5680 PEARL RD. PARMA, OHIO 44129.

I never really knew Alex very well, but he was my son Jordans Uncle. Jordan always spoke very highly of Alex in more ways than one.. the few interactions that I had with Alex over the years. He was very pleasant and very polite to talk to. I’m very sorry for what his family and friends are going through right now. Prayers
