Robin Lynn Cermak (Squire), age 56, of Brook Park, passed away leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, music, and memories that will be treasured forever.
Robin was a devoted wife, loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was the beloved wife of Eddie Cermak and the proud and devoted mother of Logan and Leia Cermak. Her family meant everything to her, and there was no greater joy than being with the people she loved. She was the loving sister of Mark (Mindi) Squire and cherished aunt of Mark and Megan Squire. Robin was preceded in death by her loving parents, Mark and Judith Squire.
Robin had a heart full of compassion. She worked at SarahCare of Strongsville, where her caring nature and love for others could shine through. She had a special tenderness for animals, especially those who needed a second chance. Robin loved rescue animals and believed every animal deserved to be loved and cared for. Her beloved dogs, Mabel and Whizzer, were much more than pets—they were family, constant companions who brought her comfort, laughter, and unconditional love. They held a very special place in her heart.
Robin was someone who knew how to enjoy life and make memories. She loved music and dancing and could find happiness in a favorite song and a chance to dance. She was a proud Browns Backer who loved cheering on her team and sharing the excitement of game day. She also enjoyed trips to the casino, where she loved the excitement, anticipation, and fun of a night out.
But it was the simple moments with the people she loved that meant the most to Robin. Her laughter, caring spirit, and ability to find joy in the things she loved will remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
Her life was defined by love—love for her husband and children, her family and friends, and the animals she cared for so deeply. She leaves behind an emptiness that cannot be filled, but also countless beautiful memories that will help carry her loved ones through the days ahead.
She will be remembered every time a favorite song plays, every time there is a Browns game to cheer for, every happy moment shared with family, and every rescue animal given a little extra love. For those who knew her best, Robin will always live on in the memories—the laughter, the dancing, the stories, and the love.
Robin was deeply loved, and she will be deeply missed. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of Eddie, Logan, Leia, her brother Mark and Mindi, her nieces and nephews Mark and Megan, her friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known and loved her.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Robin’s honor at a later date.
