Michael Anthony Cicerchi, age 64, died on December 26, 2022. Mike was a longtime resident of Cleveland and a lifelong Cleveland sports fan. Never having met a stranger (or shying away from a good joke), Mike was a frequent, popular caller to many of the Cleveland radio talk shows. He loved to analyze and discuss coaching decisions, players, and the possibility of finally seeing a major win for Cleveland. He enjoyed horseracing and was an animal lover, rescuing numerous pets throughout his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Carla Cicerchi (nee Proppe); brother-in-law Nicholas Edel. He is survived by his younger siblings: Charles (Rebecca) Cicerchi, Cynthia Edel, and Jodie (Thomas) Sotak; a daughter, and nieces and nephews. The family will hold a private memorial, at a later date, to honor Mike.
