Brian M. Evans, 39, passed away suddenly on March 14, 2015. Beloved son of Carol L. (nee Bohay) and the late Roger A. Evans. Devoted brother of Jack (Terri) of Lima, OH. Loving Uncle of Grahm and Jared Evans. Proceeded in death by grandparents Walter and Irene Bohay and Vivian and Gerald Evans. Loved and admired by a huge network of family, friends and caregivers.
