Francis T Jak, age 93, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2023. Proud father of Michael A. (Brooke) of San Leandro, and Patrick C. (Amy) of San Diego. Cherished grandfather of Zoe, Simon, and Matilda. Former teacher in Cleveland Heights and Cleveland schools. Private entombment to be held at Lakewood Park Cemetery in Rocky River.
