URBAN, MARK A.

Mark A. Urban, age 71, of Lakewood, passed away peacefully Monday, December 23, 2013 at the Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake. Dear husband of 40 years of Caroline (nee Meier). Loving father of Michael and Sara. Son of the late George and Helen (nee Williams). Brother of JoAnn Taylor (Tom), James (deceased), Alice Gladys and G. Thomas. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. On Sunday, January 5, 2014 at 2 p.m., Rev. Kenneth Chalker will lead a memorial celebration at University Circle United Methodist Church, 1919 East 107th Street (at Chester), Cleveland 44106. The family wishes to express deep appreciation to the entire staff of the Ames Family Hospice for their extremely compassionate care of Mark for over four months and to the multitude of friends who held us in prayerful support.
