Terri Lee Attewell (Fitch) passed away in her Lakewood apartment on Sept. 26, 2021, at the age of 74. She is survived by her four children Gregory Pauley, Stephen Pauley, David Attewell, Brandy Harrell (Kenneth) and eight grandchildren as well as her sisters Vicky Vanover, Christine Bowman (James), Janice Fitch, Carrol "Cari" Hahn (George) brother Ray Adkins and companion Kenny Payne.

Terri was preceeded by her parents Richard Fitch and Bonnie Adkins, brothers Larry Adkins, John Fitch, Michael Fitch, sister Rebecca Fitch and former husband Russell Attewell.

Terri was a fan of Cleveland’s sports teams Browns, Indians and Cavs. She also loved to spend time with her large family. She will be missed by her many cousins, nieces and nephews and lifetime friends.

A Celebration of Life for Terri, will be held at a later date.
