Roberta “Bobbette” Irene Reed Bailey. Born April 29th, 1938. Died December 13th, 2025 at the age of 87. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Reed, and her brothers Russell, Roger, and Ross (Joyce) Reed.

Bobbette is survived by her brothers, Robert (Shirlene), and Randolph (Sarah) Reed. She was the beloved mother of James, John (Karla), Jeffrey, and Jerald (Kelly) Bailey. Grandmother to ten grandsons and four granddaughters, and Great Grandmother to ten and counting.

She was graduate of Cleveland State University in Art Therapy. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, and won several art competitions at the senior center when she resided in Columbus, Ohio. She also enjoyed sailing and was an avid world traveler. She was caretaker for her mother, Mary, for many years.

A Celebration of Life will be hosted for Bobbette on January 10th, 2026, at the West Side Irish American Club, 8559 Jennings Road, Olmsted Twp, Ohio 44138, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Apps, snacks and beverages will be provided.

Bobbette will always be remembered for her unique personal style, creativity, and fondness for the color Turquoise primarily, but also Purple, with a healthy dose of Sparkle and Glitz. Everyone is encouraged to wear the style & colors that she loved so much.
