Kermit Bias Jr. passed away at 7:37 AM on October 17th, 2022. He fought a long, hard battle with heart disease. Beating the odds and outliving so many predictions and diagnoses until meeting his unexpected end.
Kermit is survived by Angela, his wife of 18 years as well as his children Chelsea, Christian, Elaina and Michael. Those who knew him loved him deeply, especially his family. He had just turned 58 years old in July. Kermit was a true blue Harley man, he loved to ride. He treated his Harley like a bestfriend. Taking countless trips far and wide with his two youngest children.
We knew that this day would come but we did not know it was going to be so soon. Kermit was a devoted father, loving partner and a true friend. He leaves behind his wife and four children, as well as a variety of friends and extended family. He had such a big heart and would help anyone in need, he would move mountains for his family.
Kermit was a stay-at-home dad, his bond with his children was unbreakable. His children were his whole world, there’s nothing he wouldn’t do for them.
His children ensured that he felt loved in his final moments as he passed on. With one on each side of him, his two youngest held his hands through his last breath and the last heartbeat.
Fly high and Ride the Skies my love. You are loved and missed!
