BOKOCH, PETER

PETER BOKOCH of Parma, Ohio, passed away on February 13, 2013. He was born on March 27, 1926 in Masontown, Pennsylvania to the late John and Anna (nee Telepanoch). He was preceded in death by his brothers, Gregory, John, Charles and Stephen. He also was brother to Michael of Erie, PA and his little sister, Ellen Szerensci (David), who he called “Pishpot.” On January 27, 1968 he married his bride Helen Bokoch (nee Pragacy), who was his wife for 45 years. He was loving father to his only daughter, Wendy, father-in-law to Douglas and grandfather to Dylan, David, Damion and Desarey, who he loved as his very own. He was a loving uncle to 12 nieces and nephews and friend to many of all ages. A memorial will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 23 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 4765 State Road, Cleveland 44109. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Hospice Services of Southwest General, Southwest Community Health Foundation, 18697 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130. Finally, he was a dedicated servant to his God, Jehovah, and remained loyal to the end. He found comfort knowing that Jehovah would continue to keep him in His memory as will all who knew him.
