EDNA MARGUERITE BURKE, 91, passed away January 2, 2013, former resident of Boston, MA and Longboat Key, Florida. Beloved wife of the late James, loving mother of Karen Lee Kane, dear aunt of Gail Fafard (Richard) and Marcia Armstrong (Donald). Dedicated nurse for over 40 years. Edna was the head nurse of the first ICU at Tufts New England Medical Center, becoming a Nursing Administrator, retiring in 1989. Memorial service 10 a.m., Tuesday, January 8, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 2747 Fairmount Blvd., Cleveland Heights, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
