Janelle Eccleston was born December 24, 1955 to Ronald Eccleston and the late Janice Jackson (Stutz). She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age.

She loved to write and had several articles published. She opened her home and heart to anyone in need, including animals! To know Janelle was to know she loved her cats! From the blue waters of the Ocean to the murky Great Lake, she was a true beach bum – she loved to swim and soak in the rays, and had the freckles to prove it. She loved to travel, having lived in cities from Ohio to Massachusetts to Florida, and made life long friends wherever she went along the way.

Janelle Eccleston transitioned peacefully on September 6, 2019 at her home in Cleveland Heights surrounded by family. Janelle is survived by her father, Ronald Eccleston of Kure Beach, N. Carolina; her three siblings, Rhonda Boozer (Stan) of N. Ridgeville, Timothy Eccleston (Louise) of Broken Arrow, OK, Bryon Eccleston (Patti) of Valley Mills, TX; her three children, Larry Eccleston of Elyria, Jada Eccleston of Cleveland Heights, and Leesa Eccleston of Cleveland; 6 Granddaughters, Ashley, Ellexus, Amber, Imani, Kiaira and Kiasia; ten great grandchildren( one whom proceeded her in death) and a host of nieces and nephews.
