Born in rural Linn County, Kansas, one of six children of Clyde and Suzie Zimmerman Cox. Graduate of University of Kansas. Career in real estate accounting, world traveler, genealogist, gardener, community volunteer, bridge player. Longtime member of Bay United Methodist Church. Private family graveside services. Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery.
