JOHNSTON, RAYMOND J.

RAYMOND J. JOHNSTON, 94, passed away February 17, 2013. Devoted husband of Katherine (nee Clymer), son of the late George and Nellie (nee Cruckshank), brother of Margaret Johnston and the late Fred Johnston, dear uncle and special friend of Chuck Hendricks and the Guys at The Coffee Club. Ray proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Air forces during WWII. He was a Technical Sergeant in 873rd Bomb Squadron. His love for flying and the freedom he experienced while in the air continued throughout his life. Private services will be held at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman. Contributions in his name to U. S. Air Forces Museum, Wright Patterson Air Base, Dayton, Ohio.
