Nancy Ortiz (Momma) passed away September 16th, 2018 at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake, Ohio. Beloved mother of Teresa Long(Scott), Anita Tankersley(Chris Neer), Nancy Welch(Robert), and Michael Ortiz(Karen).

Grandmother of Ashley Ortiz(Joe Wasielewski) who was raised my Momma, Steven, Andrew, Aaron, Kyle, Kayla, and Jacob Tankersley, Timmy Ortiz, Bella Hibler, and Mikey Ortiz.

Great grandmother of Ashton and Tristan Tankersley.

Momma also leaves behind her sisters Peg, Della, Lucy, Selma, and Susie as well as many nieces and nephews in Pennsylvania.

Momma we love you and are so happy that you aren’t suffering anymore but, our hearts just hurt so bad. There isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t think about you and you will forever be in our hearts. We will do what you asked Momma! We will stick together and work through our tears to “Miss You, But Let You Go”…
