Kenny was born on November 30, 1960, in Cleveland, Ohio and raised by his mother, Josephine (Morana) Kenaga. Norman G. Rehark, Jr. (Norm) died unexpectedly on Nov. 8, 2023 in Westlake, Ohio where he lived for more than forty years. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 20, 1941 to the late Norman Rehark, Sr. and Elizabeth (nee Durk) Rehark.
He lived most of his life in northeastern Ohio with part of his childhood spent in Mayville, New York. He was a master plumber, having graduated from Lakewood High School and Max Hayes Vocational School.
