Jason Daniel Page, born August 7, 1968, in Gary, Indiana, passed away on February 1, 2026, in Cleveland, Ohio, at the age of 57.

Jason’s passing followed severe injuries sustained in a hit-and-run on December 10, 2025. Though he fought remarkably hard and gave his loved ones great hope for a recovery, he ultimately succumbed to his injuries while surrounded by those who cared for him.

Jason was the beloved son of Haldon Dwight Page and the late Jeannette Anderson. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Vincent Dwight Page. He is survived by his son, Hunter Phoenix Page Santana; his sister, Jennifer Page-Klein; his father, Haldon Dwight Page; and his nephew and nieces, James Jessop, Paige Pray, and Ruth Meixner, along with their seven children.

Throughout his life, Jason cultivated meaningful and caring relationships with a wide circle of friends and acquaintances who became a vital extended community to him. Their companionship brought great depth and connection to his journey, and their support is remembered with deep appreciation.
