Timothy R. Webb, 53, passed away on November 1, 2013. Beloved son of the late Walter and Pauline (nee Hannah) Webb. Survived by loving sister, Deborah Webb (Michael O’Brien). Loving uncle and friend to many. Tim was born in Newport, Tennessee on April 19, 1960 and was the youngest of 10 children. A memorial service well be held Sunday, Nov. 17th, 2013 at 4 PM at the Zion United Church of Christ, 2716 W. 14th St., Cleveland, OHIO 44113.
