Karen Vanik – Lamorgese beloved mother, sister, and Aunt to many passed away September 30, 2025, at the age of 59 after a long illness.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Barbra Vanik. She is survived by her children Nichole and Louis Lamorgese, as well as her siblings David Vanik(Gerri) and Judy Vanik. Karen will be remembered for her caring heart and Kindness. In keeping with Karen’s wishes, NO Formal Services will be held. Her family asks that those who knew and loved Karen honor her memory in their own special way.

Germaine was born April 10, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up in Sheffield Lake, Ohio where she graduated from Brookside High School in 1973. Germaine met Lee P. Fiske in 1981 and they married in 1992. In middle school, Germaine started working as a scorekeeper, in exchange for free games, at her local bowling alley where she found her love of the game. She carried that love throughout her life and continued to bowl in leagues with her children up until her passing.
