Hudak, Renee

Renee Lynn Hudak, age 57, entered into eternal rest with the Divine Father on July 10, 2025. Born on December 28, 1967, in Cleveland, Ohio, Renee was the beloved daughter of the late Stephen Kuhar Jr. and Kathleen Butler. She is survived by her two cherished daughters, Haley Hudak and Heather Hudak, and by her four grandchildren—Gregory, Alexis, McKenzie, and Ainsley—who were the light of her life. Renee is also survived by her brothers, Stephen Kuhar III, Ray Kuhar (Jamie), and Chip Morris; and by her loving nieces, Christy and Jessica. She shared her life with her devoted partner, Jeff Wells, and was a proud and loving dog mom to Harley and Xander. A Celebration of Life in Renee’s honor will be held for family and friends on August 9, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The Road to Hope, located at 1885 Liberty Ave, Vermilion, OH 44089. Renee will be fondly remembered for her warmth, her deep love for family, and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her.

Sharon (Lisowski) Norton Mayher September 28, 1953 – July 12, 2025 Sharon Mayher, 71, of Fairview Park, Ohio, passed away on July 12, 2025. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on September 28, 1953, Sharon was a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She is survived by her children: Angie, Brian (Billie), Jenna, Alex, and Samantha (Billy), as well as her five grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Linda (William Courtock), sister-in-law Eileen, Gary (Marilyn), sister-in-law Deborah, Edmund Jr., Steven (Deanne), Eric (fiancé Jane).  She was preceded in death by her parents, Hildegard and Edmund, and her brothers, Thomas, Timothy, and Mark. Sharon found beauty in simple pleasures. She spent countless hours tending to her flower garden, caring for her many houseplants, and feeding the birds that visited her yard. She also greatly enjoyed sewing, baking, and baking for others - especially at Christmastime. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29 at 4:00 p.m. at West Richfield Cemetery, 4219 Broadview Rd, Richfield, Ohio 44286. Beloved wife of the late Andrew Sasala and the late Richard Washington; dearest stepmother/mother to Andrew Jr. (Chris), Michael (Tina), Steven, Angela O'Neill (Sean), and Joseph; cherished grandmother of 12 and great grandmother to 7; dearest sister of Thomas (Christina), William (Sandy), Daniel (Gail), and Alice Schuman (Fred)l Loving aunt and friend to many. Patty was retired from East Ohio Gas and a bubbly personality. Her favorite thing to do was build with Lego's, plus play cards and boccie ball at her clubhouse. Brandt, Donna

Donna Jean Brandt (65), born on June 6th, 1960, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 4th, 2025. Donna was the wife and love of Steve Brandt's life. Mother of Steven (Kate), Brandy (Grady), Andrew, Ashley and grandmother of six. Donna was a devoted Christian who had a kind heart for helping the homeless and less fortunate. She had a never ending love for her family and pets. Donna's passions included spending quality time with her family, coloring, and playing board games with her grandkids, often saying her grandkids were her life. She loved to be in Gods word, listening to Tony Evans' sermons, making homemade crafts, working on puzzles and paintings while listening to music, and going shopping. She loved animals. Donna had the most selfless, humble and kind heart. She enjoyed loving and helping others and sharing God's word with them. "Well done, good and faithful servant." She will be forever missed. No funeral services will be held.

May 13, 1933 – July 6, 2025 Bobby Dean Gore, 92, of Willowick, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 6, 2025. Born May 13, 1933 in Hewett, West Virginia, he attended Scott High School and was a dedicated veteran who honorably served in the United States Army. Bobby spent his career as a respected foreman at Lindsay Wire and faithfully served as the church bus director for Aspinwall Church. He was deeply devoted to his faith, family, and community. A passionate collector, Bobby found joy in coins, comic books, and trading cards. His enthusiasm for these hobbies brought him countless hours of happiness and sparked connections with others throughout his life. Bobby is survived by his beloved wife, Saundra Gore; daughters Nina Walls, Deborah (Charlie) Keeney, and Chris (Mark) Bair; son, Duane Zettle; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Crosier, Daniel

Daniel Owen Crosier, 69 of Cleveland, Ohio passed away on June 30, 2025. He is survived by his loving children, Angie Walden (Jon) and Joy Pitman (Jacob). He was grandfather to seven beautiful children: Leah Walden, Jaylin Walden, Mya Walden, Carolina Pitman, Mckenzie Pitman, Jaden Pitman, and Ana Pitman. He leaves behind eight siblings and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother (Mary) and father (James), one sister (Mary Margaret), and his twin brother (David). Daniel was known by many loving friends and family as Uncle Danny, Danielson, Grandpa Dan, and Old Man Dan. He enjoyed helping others, including serving in food pantries in Akron, Ohio and Cleveland, Ohio prior to his illness. He will be remembered for his quirky sense of humor, his love for music from the 1950s and 60s, and his love for chocolate! Patricia L Hennings (Patti), 83 of Parma Heights passed away on June 27, 2025. She is survived by her loving children, Bobby Hennings (Tracy) and Tammy Smith. She was a proud grandmother of Kyle Ratliff (Erica), Cody Ratliff (Mariah), Dylan Smith, Ian and Logan Hennings and blessed with two beautiful, great grandchildren, Braxton and Lucas. Her family was her greatest treasure and she poured her heart into every moment she shared with them. Patti had a deep love for animals. She leaves behind her beloved fur kitty, “Silly Lilly.” She loved to travel and visit with friends. She was known for her appreciation of finer things like art, shopping, and especially a good glass of wine shared in the company of those she loved and even better when near the ocean! Skinner, Ellen

Ellen Skinner, age 96, born July 19, 1928, passed away at home on June 18, 2025. Having lived in Westlake since 1938, Ellen worked for United Airlines as a ticket agent until her retirement. She lived a full life enjoying many long-term friendships,attending numerous theater events including plays, musicals and concerts. She is best known for her love and support of The Cleveland Orchestra and her passion for reading. There will be a private service and burial at Evergreen Cemetery in Westlake. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Cleveland Orchestra or Cleveland Memorial Society.
