Pamela Prah Verbofsky, age 62, passed away on September 14, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer. Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Donna and Joe Prah and by her beloved son Derek Verbofsky. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, John Verbofsky, son,Justin Verbofsky(Kelly) and her precious granddaughter, Alexis Verbofsky, grandson, Kaden Verbofsky. She had the best of friends, Stacie Conway, Lynn Farmer and many more friends and family who loved her. Last, but not least, her companion Paco, dog extraordinaire. Pam was the life of the party, lover of skulls and anything Halloween related, beloved wife, loving mom and grandma. Pam helped raise many working mama’s kiddos. She was always only a phone call away, best friend and friend to all, helper to those in need, Cher lover, phenomenal cook, casino lover and a cocktail mixologist. Margaret (nee Titel) Berdis, was born September 3, 1930 in Cleveland, Ohio. Margaret (Marge) passed peacefully at Danbury Senior Living in Brunswick Ohio on September 1, 2024. She had resided there for six years and had truly endeared herself to the loving and caring staff. Facing the end of life, the staff was assisted by Crossroads Hospice. All of her caregivers provided exceptional care and the family deeply appreciates all they did for her comfort and constant care. Marge was the loving wife of the late Paul F. Berdis. She was the fourth child of parents, Helen (nee Kisel) and Paul Titel (both deceased) who immigrated to America from Czechoslovakia (now Slovakia) in 1929. Frances Jones of Bedford Hts, age 75, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2024, into God's welcoming embrace. Born March 7, 1949, in Cleveland, OH, she was the beloved daughter of the late Edward and Sue Ella Walton. She was a devoted mother and will be deeply missed by her only son James-Clinton (Keyona) and two granddaughters Aurora, and Mariah-London. Beloved sister to the late James Walton, Fanny Hall, and numerous nieces and nephews. Frances was a devoted mother to her church and served as a nurse in her church. She had the gift of knowledge and gift-giving. Frances was passionate about the Lord and serving. She was the go-to person if you needed anything, she would be happy to help.

Edwin Ernst Depenbrok of Olmsted Township, age 79, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2024. Born April 1, 1945 in Cleveland, OH, he was the beloved son of both the late Ernst and Mary Depenbrok. He was a devoted father and will be deeply missed by his two sons Greg (Colleen) and Eric (Michelle) Depenbrok; four grandchildren Kara, Mary, Rachel and Lauren; beloved brother of Glenice Foglia. Edwin was a passionate and dedicated Cleveland Browns fan who was a season ticket holder and never missed a game. Beyond his love of Cleveland sports, Edwin was a Deacon for his church, served in the U.S. Army Reserve for six years and enjoyed classic cars. Family and friends will gather for a mass and a celebration of life at St. John Lutheran Church (11333 Granger Rd.) in Garfield Heights, OH on Saturday, August 24 at 10 a.m. A burial service will follow afterwards at St. John Cemetery.
