NORRIS, JOHN JOHN NORRIS began SCUBA diving in 1960 and ever since, has dedicated his 50-year career to instructing thousands of students in Greater Cleveland in the safe exploration of the vast underwater frontier. He has certified divers at dozens of area universities, recreation centers, and private clubs. He has trained and assisted NASA astronaut teams, police and fire departments, and search and rescue teams. Over the decades he introduced the dedicated diving community to physicians specializing in hyperbaric medicine, and further promoted sport, specialty and technical diving through his shop, Aqua Specialists. Throughout his career he greatly enjoyed escorting local divers to the wonders of exploring countless dive locations around the world. ELLER, ALICE B. ALICE B. ELLER, born May 6, 1922 in Moundsville, WVA died June 12, 2012. She was employed with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. forty years before retiring in 1983. Alice was a faithful and active member of the West Shore Unitarian Universalist Church where she experienced love and deep friendship lasting throughout her life even to the last hours. MILLAR, PATRICIA ANN PATRICIA ANN MILLAR (nee Ottman), born February 12, 1929 peacefully died on June 13, 2012. She was the beloved daughter of Louise (Miller) and Charles Ottman, Sr. Cherished, loved and respected mother of John Jr., M. Susan Henderson (Royce) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Karen Stantial (Douglas) of Atlanta, Georgia, Pam, and Mark (deceased). Grandmother to Justin, Ryan and Tyler Henderson, Sara (Aaron) Archambeau and Kate (Liam) Fanning. Sister of Charles (deceased) (Noreen), Michael (deceased) (Peg) and Thomas (Beverly). Pat grew up in University Heights and graduated from Beaumont School for Girls. She was employed as a secretary before her true calling of a wife and mother. Fully involved in all aspects of her children’s lives, she was especially remembered for her volunteer work at St. Margaret Mary School. After the children were grown, she continued with her selfless volunteering at the Westerly Independent Living Apartments in Lakewood, where she was a resident for over 20 years. RICHARD STADTMILLER, 71, passed away May 1, 2012. Leaving to cherish his memory are his three children, Christopher, Shawn and Jennifer.
