NORRIS, JOHN JOHN NORRIS began SCUBA diving in 1960 and ever since, has dedicated his 50-year career to instructing thousands of students in Greater Cleveland in the safe exploration of the vast underwater frontier. He has certified divers at dozens of area universities, recreation centers, and private clubs.
