July 29, 1938 – November 30, 2025 John F. Malloy passed away peacefully in his sleep while in hospice care on November 30, 2025, at the age of 87. John was preceded in death by his parents, John F. Malloy and Margaret Malloy, and his late wife, Shirley Wechter Malloy. He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia Malloy; his children, Michael Malloy, Susan Malloy Jones, and Jill Brandt (Todd); and his granddaughters, Abigail, Lydia, and Vivian Brandt. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, John was a proud graduate of St. Edward High School. He attended the University of Dayton and later graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. In 1977, he founded Malloy Memorial Service, where he dedicated over 50 years to serving families with compassion, dignity, and care during their most difficult moments. John also served his country in the United States Army Reserve. Jeffrey A. Babic (September 20, 1946 – November 25, 2025) Beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and uncle to many has passed from this world Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at the age of 79. Jeffrey was born to Anthony and Mary (nee Cukajne) Babic on September 20, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio the second of five children. Judith Lynn Martin (nee Marousch), age 81, was called home on October 25, 2025. Judy was born in Independence, Ohio, and was the devoted daughter of the late Chester (Gladys) Marousch and Loving wife of the late Charles Joseph Martin. Dear mother of 5; Carl (Kimberly), Linda, Eric (Chris), Nancy (Lee), Gregory (Sasha) Clemens and honorary son Ryan Schantz. Stepmother to 3. Robert Sheridan of Cleveland passed away June 5, 2025 at a friend's house in Lakewood. He leaves his sister Joyce (Sheridan) Matos of Akron, and Sharon (Sheridan) Judson of Richfield. He was known as "Screamer" among his musical friends. He was well-respected also as a poet, an artist, and had a radio program on Cleveland State's WCSB. Private memorials held.

Mary Lou Cassidy-Hexter, age 73, passed away at her home in North Ridgeville on October 25, 2025.  Loving wife of Michael Hexter (deceased).  She is survived by her children, Michael Cassidy(Beckie); Joan Christensen (Jon); step-children, Jim Hexter and Andy Hexter (Jessica); sisters Patricia Schornik (James); Carol Bristow (William); Jeanne; Kathleen (deceased) and Margaret Lewis (Jeff). She is grandmother to 5 aunt, great aunt and dear friend to many. Mary Lou's career in the paper and insurance industries brought her much recognition and awards.  Her passion for art, the violin, gardening, cooking and entertaining was shared with family and many friends. Allen David Weems Sr ascended to eternal peace on October 27th, 2025, at South Pointe Hospital, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those who loved him. Born in Cleveland at Metro Hospital to Rita Weems and Allen Barnes, he was the little brother to Daniel Weems and big brother to Marie Weems and Marilyn Hampton.Allen's academic journey took him to Max Hayes, and later, he achieved his GED alongside his mother, a testament to their unbreakable bond. Renowned for his incredible gymnastics skills and backflip competitions, Allen's zest for life was contagious. His love for animals was unparalleled, often bringing home stray creatures, claiming they followed him, and teaching his family invaluable lessons about compassion. Allen's passions extended to gaming and fishing, embodying his mantra that life is too short to take anything seriously. His quick wit and pranks will be deeply missed, as will his unwavering loyalty to the Browns, win or lose.
